FOR B2B AGENCY OWNERS
Tell me the task. I'll show you the AI way to do it fewer clicks.
Most owners who write to me have seen AI work somewhere else. They just cannot tell which of their own tasks to point it at. That is the question I answer. One form. It comes straight to me. No SDR. No qualification call.
I read every message myself. Replies go out inside one business day. The reply comes from me, not from a bot.
Illustrative example of a message I would love to get.
Three ways in. Most people start with the first.
All three reach me. The difference is what you get back.
What happens after you hit send
No black box. Here’s the whole sequence, start to finish.
One paragraph beats a ten-field form
If you are not sure what to write, this is what actually helps me answer well.
- The task that eats your week. The repetitive one everyone groans about. If two or three come to mind, name all of them.
- Headcount, roughly. 10 to 50 full time is where this works best.
- Where the work happens now. Drive, Notion, Slack, the CRM. The tools it moves between.
- What you already tried. The wiki nobody opened. The automation that stalled. It saves us both a week.
- A shortlist of what to automate. Not knowing which one is the normal starting point. Narrowing it down is the job.
- A budget number. The price is public. It is $300, once. A custom build only comes up if no existing tool can do it.
- Your documentation in order. Messy is the normal starting point. It is the reason to write.
- Anything technical. You do not set anything up. I do that part.
Send me a message
I only take a few of these calls a week. I answer every message either way.
Two minutes. The last field is the one that matters. If you are not sure yet, say so. That is a real answer.
Stays with me. Never sold, never shared
A reply within one business day, from me
Six fields. About two minutes, honestly
Prefer plain email? [email protected] reaches me directly.
Before you write
The four things people ask me before they get in touch.
No. This is the most common message I get. Almost nobody arrives with the task already picked. Describe a normal week. Tell me where it drags. Naming the right task is the first thing I do.
Free calls make people show up vague. Paying first changes who walks in. We spend the whole hour on your actual task instead of on AI in general. Worst case, you lose $300 because I could not find a way. That is rare.
It comes to me and stops there. I do not sell it. I do not share it with anyone. You will also get my weekly use case email, and one click unsubscribes you from that. If you would rather not put details in a form, just email me and we will work it out from there.
Same day if you catch me during the week. Inside one business day otherwise. Weekend messages get answered Monday. If a week goes by with nothing, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] directly.
Not ready to book?
Completely fair. Most people are not. I send one real AI use case every week. They are ones I have actually suggested to other agency owners. You can copy most of them yourself, with no code.
