Tell us where the questions pile up.

One form. It reaches the two people who actually build the thing. No SDR, no qualification call, no discovery theatre.

Read by a human, usually the same day. Replies inside one business day. Nothing you send gets added to a drip sequence.

My team asks me the same three things every week
We're 24 people. Everything still routes through me. Briefs in email, SOPs half-written in Notion, pricing logic in my head.

Sent. Straight to our inbox.

Read by a human. Not a bot, not an SDR.

Illustrative example of a message we'd love to get.

Three ways in. Pick the one that fits.

All three land in the same inbox. The difference is what you get back.

Apply for a build
You run an agency of 10–50 and you're ready to get it out of your head. We look at how you actually run, then tell you straight whether a company brain fits.
6 A MONTH that's our capacity
Get the playbook first
Not ready to talk. Fair enough. “The One-Client Brain” is three pages: pick your messiest client, and build the first workspace yourself.
FREE no call attached
Just a question
Security, data handling, whether your stack connects, what this costs, or whether you're too small yet. Ask it. You'll get a straight answer, not a calendar link.
NO PITCH answer only

What happens after you hit send

No black box. Here’s the whole sequence, start to finish.

1
WITHIN MINUTES
It lands with us
No routing, no ticket queue. It goes to the same two people who'd run your build.
2
SAME DAY
We read it properly
Mostly we're reading one thing: the question your team asks you over and over. That tells us whether we can help.
3
< 1 BUSINESS DAY
You get a real reply
Either a straight yes with times for a 20-minute call, or a straight no with the reason. Both are useful.
4
IF IT FITS
20 minutes, no deck
You describe how the agency runs. We tell you what we'd wire up, what it costs, and when we could start.
If it isn't a fit, we say so on the reply. We'd rather lose the deal than run you through a funnel.

One paragraph beats a ten-field form

If you’re not sure what to write, this is what actually helps us answer well.

Worth telling us
  • The question you answer weekly. The one that makes you sigh. This tells us more than anything else.
  • Headcount, roughly. 10–50 full-time is where this works.
  • Where the knowledge lives now. Drive, Notion, Slack, the CRM, a Loom from 2024, your head.
  • What already failed. The wiki nobody opened, the SOP project that stalled. Saves us both a week.
You don't need any of this
  • A budget number. We'll tell you the price on the call.
  • Your documentation in order. Messy is the normal starting point. It's the reason to call.
  • Anyone technical on the call. You don't set anything up. We do the whole build.
  • A decision today. Ask a question, get an answer, sit on it as long as you like.

Six brains a month. That's our capacity. We can't build more than that.

Two minutes. The last field is the one that matters, so give it a sentence or two.

Six fields. About two minutes, honestly

Prefer plain email? [email protected] reaches the same two people.

Before you write

The four things people ask us before they get in touch.

No. You get a written reply first, with an actual answer in it. A call only happens if we both think there’s something worth building, and it runs 20 minutes. No deck, no discovery theatre, no follow-up sequence if you go quiet.

You can, and we’ll answer honestly, but the build usually isn’t worth it yet. Under 10 people there isn’t enough operating knowledge locked in your head to be worth extracting. Take the free playbook instead and come back when the questions start piling up.

It goes to the two people who’d run your build and stops there. We don’t sell it, we don’t add you to a drip list, and we don’t share it with anyone. If you’d rather not put details in a form, email us and we’ll work it out from there.

Same day if you catch us during the week, and inside one business day otherwise. Weekend messages get answered Monday. If a week goes by with nothing, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] directly.
